Hello America

There comes a time in every civilization to make an epic decision. This is our time.

This Peoples Job Plan was prepared to provide a solution that can make a significant difference in our society. Our future depends on its implementation.

This plan not only fixes our unemployment problem but would balance our budget, fix our deficit, rebuild America and provide economic security as well.

 Allowing China to take over the majority of our manufacturing capacity has caused the transfer of trillions upon trillions of dollars from America to China and ruined Americas middle class in the process. This must come to an end. This plan will do that.

The plan also provides issues and solutions which will need answers during the up-coming debates when our House members and Senators must go before the people. They will try to sell us on why we should put them back in office on November 6, 2012 . We think not many, unless they see the value of our plan and pass the law proposed herein.

Americas manufacturing capabilities have become an empty shell. We essentially have given up being an industrialized nation. We the people, must change this by civil disobedience and patriotism. We must force Congress to pass our proposed law contained in our Petition herein, in order to make America the world’s leading manufacturer again. Our economic and unemployment problems were caused by allowing corporations to close their manufacturing and assembly facilities, moving them to China and only keeping a sales and distribution center with a brand name. In the process millions of our workers lost their jobs,  unemployment is a disaster and our economic security is at great risk. We essentially transferred great wealth in the trillions of dollars to China and will suffer the consequences if we do not take action.

This Jobs Plan will fix our unemployment problem and recreate the manufacturing greatness of our Nation.

 We propose to give corporations an incentive to return their manufacturing facilities back to our soil.  We propose a new law that raises taxes on those corporations who moved their factories to China and provide them with a huge tax break when they return. Our plan also lowers taxes on those who did not send their manufacturing facilities to China. We propose to increase China's import fees as well which over time will stop the flow of their products altogether. Our plan will force America to make it's own steel, clothing, auto parts, plastics and sports equipment, etc. A provision in our proposed law will also prevent future factories from going overseas for the purpose of obtaining cheap labor.

  Do you realize that Walmart has become essentially no more than a distribution center for Chinese products? We have all silently listened to that sucking sound as one after another, after another of our factories were moved to China since 1978. America obviously needs a jobs plan to reestablish its superiority in manufacturing, revitalize its economy and in turn provide a living wage to millions of its citizens. For those who don't remember, America was the world's leading manufacturer until President Nixon and Carter gave most of it away to China with their trade policy decisions. Americas major corporations benefited tremendously from this change in policy at the expense of the common wage earner. Just in the last 10 years, some 56,000 additional factories have closed in the US and no doubt 56,000 new factories have opened in China. Thanks, to Congress allowing big business to rape the men and women of America.



Choice: We as a people have a choice to make. Allowing China to continue to be our evil stepfather or bring back jobs to America. If we do not act by threatening to overthrow our congressmen with our votes, we can next expect a label to read Genuine and Authentic Texas Barbecue Sauce, Made in China

 Solution: Know the people, by a show of attendance at the Capital Mall, are sick and tired of a dysfunctional Congress, a greedy Wall Street and an uncaring, unpatriotic business community. We are determined to force our government to change and to do so prior to the Election of November 6, 2012. A plan to tax the hell out of corporations that have essentially moved their factories overseas and to force them to bring them back to the United States of America. For those manufacturing corporations who stayed in America, we honor them with a substantial tax reduction. If our Petition is not implemented, we promise to vote all incumbents out of office
